Overview
POLARIS: A New Home is a strategy game about resources management and construction made during my university years. We had to make a small web game in W3C, and propose a fictional monetization plan, which inlcluded seasonal events like halloween thematic skins for the recolector robots.
On this project I worked mainly in game design and 2d art, creating the characters the player interacts with or give notifications to the player.
Some of my responsabilities:
- Designed the game economy and production times.
- Designed unique characters with diverse backgrounds and their interactions with the player.

Game Synopsis
POLARIS: A New Home is a real time resource management game in which the player has to manage and expand their base on the surface of a planet, struggling to terramorform, colonize and protect it from the inclement weather.
Game Features
Construct buildings, upgrade them and and collect the resources they produce

Exchange resources with other players based on offer and demand, you choose how much you want for them and in which currency.
